Hi Robin! You are too kind. At 6 months I am still a newbie and basking in the honeymoon period of malabsorption...by all accounts the losing is easy and it's the maintenance that is a beast! So I take it a day at a time and this thread helps me to be accountable. It's a great group of people so check in with us and I will cross my fingers that you get your October date. It's funny that my current weight is only slightly lower than your starting (current) weight and I feel amazingly light and energetic lol. It's all relative I guess :)

Hello Emily and everyone. Here I am posting late again. What an great and inspiring thread today. You all touch my heart with your support of each other. I wish I could post earlier in the day so that I could join in the conversation more in real time but due to work that isn't possible.

NSV for me today: Tons of energy. Every day it gets better!

Have a great day tomorrow! I will be a late poster. Going to the gym after work. Yay me! lol.

Yay, Kim! I love that you're feeling so much energy and your inner gym rat is being let out! Go you! I think your energy levels will be even higher from the endorphins that exercise releases! I also find this thread to be supportive and as many of us say, it helps us to be accountable. I'm glad it's valuable for you too!

Don't work too hard tomorrow-and have a great workout!
