Congratulations! It's great to see that even eight years post surgery you're still acknowledging a job well done (not that it ever ends as I understand from you and others). My surgery is in 2 weeks in Mexico and I'm staying close to folks on this site who have had success and approach the changes necessary with good humour and a positive attitude - like yourself. I feel like a little sponge soaking up all the knowledge and wisdom available to me. I appreciate so much the work you are doing - I'll be visiting your site often for recipe ideas over the next many months ahead. Wish me luck and I'll be talking with you later!
