Thanks, Karen! And I'm totally impressed by and inspired by YOU! Maintaining at 121 lbs is insanely successful and here I am creeping towards 170!

Thanks!!! Funny that your highest weight was just 20 lbs higher than where I am now and some days I feel positively tiny lol! Glad to see you're doing well on your journey!

Oh Em, you look absolutely wonderful! So proud to hear you did not stray. I KNOW  I couldn't do it. I've been creeping back on bread, and know I've got to stop. Once I start, I keep it going. Just a taste is no longer cutting it. Best to just stay away from it for now. Gotta get back on track, and reading your posts motivates me to get my butt back in gear! Thanks for the inspiration.

welcome back! Your pics are great!!

Thanks for the nice words, Renee! Yeahhhhh I feel like bread would be like that for me! Trust me - every restaurant in Paris served crusty baguettes and the temptation was there! But I thought of MyFitnessPal and my daily calorie and carb goals and it wasn't on plan so alas. You can cut the bread out...look at the vet soon here who are maintaining years out and they did it and so can we! I know we've got this!

I like how you are showing full arms.  Sharing in your FFO (freed from obesity) high, too.

Yay! Love that you're sharing in the high :) I wish I could bottle this awesome feeling up and use it to fuel me to make good food choices for the rest of my life!

Oh yeah-it's a sticky swamp here in DC so I rock sleeveless almost every day. Are my arms ideal? Nope! But I just roll with it :) I'm too freaked out for arms plastic surgery so I'm aiming for an lbl and boob job when I reach a healthy weight :)

Congrats. You look amazing!! That is fantastic that you came home from such a long trip a loser. LOL. I know what you mean about the Skinny Pop. It's a trigger food, I can't eat just 1 serving, then I make myself sick by eating too much. I've steered clear for over 3 weeks and saw it in the store tonight. I died, but kept walking and didn't buy it. I don't know how many more days I can go without it tho. Anyway, keep up the good fight. It pays off!!
