Em, I don't know - I think people like YOUR posts better, it's way more active today :-P But I would be happy to do like a weekly trade maybe?

I'm torn about the shoes! I know I should go and get fitted, but really I just want cute purple trainers LOL. Hopefully I'll be able to make my practical side prevail!

Honestly I am sort of worried I like accidentally crossed days off twice or something because 6 days a week seems crazy - though I know there were a few weeks when I went EVERY day, so not totally out of the question. I just can't believe how different life is these days - you know?!

Aside, have you downloaded the update for FitBit? There's now an Exercise tab and you GPS track your walk/run/hike and program in cues for distance/time/pace. I just noticed it today, so I'm looking forward to playing with it and seeing how it may or may not improve my activity tracking.

Hello everyone! I am beyond excited because i won a fitbit yesterday from OH and can't wait till it get here! I had a long  talk with the hubby about my weightloss (or lack of it), he is so supportive! I'm going to just keep pushing. I have to get my eating and exercise blanced and hopefully the scale will start moving again. Speaking of that mean scale it is currently locked up in the bathroom on a time out! Lol! It can come out next week.

Anny- I made the churro pancakes and they weren't really what I was expecting.... Did you figure out the calories? I got 100 for 1 of 4 pancakes, and the texture was really off maybe the mix I used?

Here are my eats for the day:

Breakfast: churro pancake, 1 slice of bacon, 1/2c of strawberries and coffee and creamer

lunch: going to make some eggbites in a bit with a salad

dinner: turkey burger no bun and maybe a few fries...

snacks: string cheese, protein shake before the gym, chocolate raspberry Greek yogurt for dessert.

Totals: cals-1011 carbs-53 protein-98

v: not yet

w: just 8oz

e: running on the treadmill

have a great day guys! I'm off to meet hubby for a starbucks date

LOL - it's locked up, I like that! Some days I think about throwing mine out of the window. I wish I was someone who could just weigh once a week - because I hit such a high or low when I see where I am. No movement is so-so with me, but this morning I was UP .5 from yesterday - what!!?

Congratulations on the FitBit, as I'm sure you've heard, I'm OBSESSED with mine. You'll have to friend me when you get yours.

As for the churro pancakes....I made mine with EggBeaters, since that's what I had, nonfat ricotta (again, what I had), and I ended up with 6 pancakes. With my ingredients I got 91 calories, 10 grams of protein, and 9 carbs. I did find that they weren't as....fluffy as a regular pancake, but generally were close.

I'm going to try "panfakes" soon though. My old roomie (who is 5-years post-RNY) used to make them all the time. Here's the recipe:

1/4 cup 0% greek yogurt
1/4 cup egg beaters
2 tbsps. whole wheat flour
2 packets of splenda (although I use 1 or none, depending on what else I add)
a sprinkle of cinnamon

[She says] I often add a tablespoon of PB2 right into the batter.  It gives it a little more protein, makes a nice consistency, and gives the pancakes a hint of peanut butter.  I also sometimes add blueberries or (sugar free) chocolate chips.  Sometimes I throw in half a mashed banana and a tablespoon of chopped walnuts.
