Hi All,

my meals are so boring for me too! Funny about the lap swimming. I noticed the last time I was in the pool, that I no longer float uncontrollably, if that makes any sense. Now I actually have to tread water to stay afloat. And actually my lap swimming wasn't really swimming, but I think I will give it a try next time. Here we go for my menu:

B: Premier protein shake

L: Carbmaster yogurt, (banana cream pie), Frigo light string cheese

D: 3 oz. poached chicken breast, lettuce, tomatoe, mayo (chicken salad)

S: 1/2 banana with 2 oz. peanut butter

Cal- 974, carbs- 66, fat- 36, Protein- 112

I need more protein, so maybe some roast beef at lunch time!

Warm in California today. Have a great day all.

My first time doing this too. But I need to do a better job of protein first, so if I post, maybe that will help.

B. 3ounces (before cooking) chicken breast with 1/2 ounce cheese and 1TBS 0 percent Fage Greek yogurt mixed with onion seasoning.

L: Same as breakfast.

D: 1 ounce lean ground beef stir fried with cabbage and broccoli and 1/2 ounce melted cheddar cheese

S: I usually don't have any, but if I need one, then I will have a Morning Star spicy black bean burger plain.

I haven't really posted much, but want to be more accountable. I am three months out, down 68lbs, and want to keep the momentum going.

Vitamins: I suck at and need to find a better system

Water: I always get plenty

Exercise: today is a rest day or a slow 2-3 mile walk, depending on what the family wants to do.

The only way I get in all my meds and vitamins that are essential is throwing them into yogurt each morning - I gag it down, but it's done and I've gotten a little protein out of the deal. Routine is key.
