The facial sponges arent needed, a normal clean wash cloth does just fine. and BTW your face cant suffocate, due to losing dead skins cells daily. If your not using the right products for your skin it will be super dry/oily. But for 99% of women after menopause you suffer from dry and dehydrated skin due to the hormone imbalance. So biggest things are getting in fluids, and helping your skin to retain those fluids. While Micro Dermabrasion is nice it can also be very hard on dry skin. Try finding a school that has Esthetic programs, for you can get work done by students for much cheaper. Depending on your skin tone and skin color, I would have them look at doing chemical peels, you would get better results from doing glycolic peels or even some multi vitamin peels. You can buy something to do the micro dermabrasion at home, but only use it once a week. Once again Paulas choice has some good ones: http://www.paulaschoice.com/shop/skin-care-categories/aha-an d-bha-exfoliants/_/Resist-Skin-Resurfacing-and-Smoothing-Set /

I almost never wash my face with soap.

I use ..oil.  I mix organic oils: almond, jojoba, grapeseed + add a few drops of bit E oil - high potency. Mix all up.    Take 1/2  tsp of the oils in the palm if your hand - rub the hands together - then gently massage in face and eyes... Remove - put dry - with a moistened warm wash cloth. ( gently)

8 oz of that mixture last me for 6 + months. The rest I keep in a fridge - or just mix enough for what u need and use the almond oil and grape seed oil for cooking - baking...

I use that 1-3 drops on my hair after washing ( wet hair) on my skin in dry winter seasons.

You can use just one oil but i found yhe combination for me the most moisturizing.  I also use pure organic cold pressed coconut oil (I always use that oil for cookibg- baking)

Little goes long long way   if you use too much on your hair - you will need to wa**** again... For me 2-3 drops is great - short hair + after use towel to distribute and remove any excess.
