Birthday cake?
Thanks Beckie. I am definitely going to take your advice (as well as many others on here and my doctor). I will keep that junk away from me. Congrats on 13 years! That is really great!!
OMG! I clicked on the link and I have spent the past 30 minutes all over the site. It is so great! I really love it and I am going to save it and explore it more when I have a little more time. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
I had my surgery on April 21st. I feel like I am doing great. My doctor and nutritionist tell me the same thing. I will have a bite of my husband's dessert on Sunday's if he has anything. Just a bite. I do indulge in Klondike sugar free bars weekly. It doesn't hurt anything and my pouch doesn't mind. I don't eat cookies and snack cakes anymore. My sweet tooth has diminished greatly since surgery. But, I also go to the gym 3 to 5 times a week. This is a lifestyle change. I'm not giving up everything, as that has proven to me in the past that sets me up for a big fail. This is something that you have to be able to live with . I can live with sugar free treats and a bite of a sugar dessert. I can also live with going to the gym everyday. I didn't get to 365 pounds by doing the things I am doing now. And i know I won't get there again by doing that things I am doing now either. Good luck.
