Great post. I am on a journey to enjoy life, not live in a cave. I am looking forward to my next cruise because I CAN do some shore excursions I didn't consider in the past due to my weight (therefore my family missed out on). I am not hiding when the camera comes out. I too plan on experiencing life which doesn't have to include gorging oneself, but contentment is the key.
