trying to enjoy a week long stall in my 3rd week. Woohoo!  Is there any such thing as a "plateau buster" some diets have??  This sux

There's no need to do some special diet to break a stall.  Just stick to your plan.

If it helps, I went through that too!  So frustrating when EVERY call from my mother includes 'how much weight have you lost?"  

Just hang in there - keep focusing on getting in your water and vitamins, and following your food guidelines, and the scale will start moving!

Thank you!  I am definitely not getting all my fluids. I'm not allowed to drink anything at my job unless I leave the floor which costs me money! I sneak in as much as possible.   Today I am off and DETERMINED to get all my fluid in. SOOOO HARD!  I bet if I do, I'll see a loss tomorrow.

Could you get one of those small water packs that runners wear and wear under a jacket to drink during work? Not getting enough fluids daily can cause all kinds of issues, not just a stall.

I just came off of a 4 week stall it is frustrating. I increased my protein because I was not getting enough not a fan of protein shakes. I also increased my water intake wasnt getting enough of that either and few days later I was down 7 pounds. So happy to see the scale moving again I am a bit obsessive so I weigh every morning and since making those changes I have continued to lose on a daily basis.

I'm thinking I'll get a dr's note at my next appointment!  I mean, seriously, It's WATER!!
