There's no need to do some special diet to break a stall. Just stick to your plan.

I just came off of a 4 week stall it is frustrating. I increased my protein because I was not getting enough not a fan of protein shakes. I also increased my water intake wasnt getting enough of that either and few days later I was down 7 pounds. So happy to see the scale moving again I am a bit obsessive so I weigh every morning and since making those changes I have continued to lose on a daily basis.
