What was your first "crunch"?
My crunchy go-to is 100 calorie bags of microwave popcorn.
6'3" tall, male.
Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

I highly recommend making cheese chips - I used to do that all the time for a crunch AND it was pure protein. One of my local supermarkets (Loblaws) started baking them in-store and selling them at the deli counter - I was thrilled and have started using those as a go-to when I need a salty crunch. (I should add I'm 8.5 years post-op and have been in maintenance at below goal weight for several years)

The first crunchy foods I ate were parmesan cheese crisps from whole foods and roasted soy nuts. They were salty savory and crunchy and just what I was looking for. I still have both on hand and reach for them at least once a week when I feel like something snacky.
