Problems Taking B-Complex
I don't think I've ever seen a capsule as big around as a dime. Maybe as long as a dime, but not as big around. But also, capsules are made to dissolve quickly in a warm, wet, slightly acidic environment like the pouch. Even if it didn't got through the opening immediately, after a few sips of liquid it should.
