Lack of Boobs

I'm still a 34DDD but they ain't pretty.  I'm fairly lucky in that they aren't horrid, but they could use some help.

My biggest (ha!) issue is NO ASS.  THAT is terrifying and the doc says the only way to fix it, even AFTER a LBL is with butt implants.  Uh, No.
