I would like to say I did something special. I followed the plan. Ate my protein drank my water. Occasionally did have a piece of toast or some fats with things. I do weigh myself everyday and record it once a week. I also go to support groups, have met some nice people and it helps to keep you focused. Good Luck!

Hi! Merry Christmas. I don't track calories for awhile I did do my fitness pal which said most days I was getting 600-800 calories give or take. I do have a harder time getting the fluids in once I've eaten so I usually try to drink 16oz of water while I'm getting ready. Then I'll have my protein drink or shake. Later in the morning Ill have coffee tea and/or more water. So by the time I actually eat food I've had a good portion of my fluids for the day. I do eat eggs, cottage cheese and fruit or yogurt and fruit. I eat cheese and wheat thins sometimes. I don't do well with cold cuts. Although some people like turkey cheese roll ups, I can't do them. I don't seem to have a problem with salad so I can enjoy it. From Costco they have these chicken salad cups made with Greek yogurt. They are easy and quick. How many times I eat is variable protein drink plus 2or 3 times. Doc says can est 5 or 6 times a day. When I am having meat or chicken I measure 3oz and put a few veggies. I don't always fini**** There is a daily M-F post "what are you eating todAy RNYers?" (A little sparse right now due to the holidays) that you should check out. A lot of great ideas. Good Luck.
