Hello there:-) I have a great WLS team but I did change my Nutritionist to another within the team. They truly are different. My surgeon is nationally reconized but as a RN, I know some healthcare team members are nice but still may not meet individual needs. This is your time to be successful. Bring back your support from these responses to your nutritionist and ask why is her recommendation so off from the majority. I was on a 700 calorie which was supported by research. My team focused more on nutriton versus calories. Your team should be proud you are doing your own research and bringing it back to make you more successful in your journey in wellness

I didn't weigh myself before I was cleared to go back to work so I don't know if I hit the "3 week stall". So my first stall came around week 20. I knew a stall that I was fully aware of would eventually come. I just continued as usual, even when the scale moved up 3 pounds. And on Christmas Day, Santa sent the gift of a broken stall and the lowest weight in years! Just continue to work the plan that has gotten you this far. Good luck to ya.

Up and down is normal. Look for the trend. And read up on glycogen stores and water weight
