Any cracker suggestions? Something crunchy?

Good day!  I am wondering if anyone can suggest some healthy alternatives for crackers. I miss crunching and I do love salt so that could be part of it. But I just feel like all I eat is protein and I'm wondering if I can find a few crackers to have in moderation. Thanks

My plan allowed low fat Ritz type crackers (5)  which I would have with a low fat cheese stick at lunch.  I occasionally will now indulge in Special K cracker chips 27 is a serving but I usually only have about 10 to satisfy the crunch desire.

Sliced cucumbers and humus.  Crunchy and good for you.

I have to go to the health food store for these, but there are chips called Simply Seven that are wonderful.  They have nine grams of protein and 12 grams of carbs per 140 calorie serving and a half serving is enough for me.  I like quinoa, hummus and cheddar flavors and eat them with a scoop of salsa.

Kitchen Table Bakers has a ton of different flavor crackers that I love. I eat with tuna fish or soup or use as a chip, they are fantastic.

Wheat, gluten, sugar and trans fat free. No preservatives, artificial colors, cellulose, egg products, or other bulk enhancers. These remarkable hand-made Parmesan Crisps are able to stand on their own, be used as a chip for dipping or as a base for a canape. A three ounce package contains 14-16 three-inch cheese crisps. These are brittle crisps and some of the cheese crackers may be broken in the container but go ahead and sprinkle the pieces on a tossed salad.

the real question is can you do moderation? I can't. It can be a very slippery slope and once you slide down it is a botch to climb out of the hole. Yes,it is experience speaking here.

I use celery sticks dipped in soft Boursin cheese.
