Any cracker suggestions? Something crunchy?

I get so full so quickly I can't imagine having anything that isn't in moderation. Love my restriction!

I would also ask that question. Were crunchy salty things an addiction before the surgery?

If so the restriction your pouch gives you will only work for a few months. It is very likely that the addiction will come back if you start. My binge foods are fritos, thin wheats and popcorn.

After I regained 20 pounds I realized what was happening. I knew grains were my enemy. My alternatives are peeled and sliced cucumbers with greek dip or sprinkled with salt, pickles or seaweed snacks.

Luckily I wasn't a binge eater with anything. It's more that I overate everything and sat on my butt all day. I just need something to eat besides protein. I'm thinking it would be nice to have a cracker with my tuna instead of just a fork!

most are surprised to find they have very little restriction to carbs like crackers. They turn to mush as soon as they hit your mouth, where digestion starts. By the time they get to. Your pouch, they are completely mush. Even pouches  will hold A LOT of mush.

Proceed with caution. :)

The further from surgery we get, the less the restriction we have, which is why you see so many "help- I've regained" posts.

I'm with Holly. Be careful. Very few of us here can really do moderation.

Yes, I could have saltines, Melba toas****er crackers or others that are low in fiber from week three but I've only had saltines once. I was just looking for something more substantial.

P.S. My plan now says "you may now resume a regular diet that is low in fat and low in sugar and refined carbohydrates." Thats from six weeks out. Guess I'm in the home stretch now!

Crackers fall under "refined carbohydrates".  As others have said, proceed with caution.  Once you start eating them, you will be surprised at how many you actually can eat.  You can eat your tuna on celery, in a lettuce wrap, or on cucumbers.
