Any cracker suggestions? Something crunchy?
Some people refer to crackers as CRACKers. They are addictive. And CRACKers defy the law of physics. They scoff at restriction. You can eat a billion calories of CRACKers in a very short amount of time.
Be very careful.

I like salty/crunchy, too, so sometimes I'll have my deli turkey/cheese on a Wasa crisp bread, or I eat my cottage cheese with Fiber Gourmet thinables. But like the others have said, stuff like that really is a slider food. So, you know, moderation...

Not crackers, but pepperoni microwaved until crispy....ohhmyygaww. Add a little parm or mozzarella on top about halfway through microwaving, and double ohhhmyyygawwww!!
ETA: My idea would probably NOT pair well with tuna...haha.

Just notice that all THE VETS are advising you to be very careful. I'd consider why crackers are so important to you. Personally, I avoid them like the plague. Anything I can't live without is something I cannot live with.

It's not that they're so important to me and I can definitely live without them. I was looking for some input on some healthy alternatives to have in moderation. Thankfully I received some.

I make my own crackers out of flatouts. They are high in protien, low calorie and no sugar. They are wonderful. There are plenty of recipe ideas if you look it up. I simply spread a light coating of coconut oil on the wrap, dust with reduced fat parm and bake for 4 minutes turning the tray about half way through.
