I'm back and have questions on hyperglycemia.
I have reactive hypoglycemia, so if I crash I go down to the high 40 low 50's, I eat some protein source and wait. Or I do nothing and wait if I can. Waiting during the night and doing nothing typically rights my blood sugar itself, but sometimes when it is so low I feel the need to help out my body with a snack. It has to be a protein to avoid another crash. I test my bs a lot and it is normal at 70 in the morning. I do not eat during the day, eating makes my bs go up and down, not eating during the day keeps my bs stable. I have tested over and over to see that this statement is the truth for me. I eat dinner and then two snacks, greek yogurt and generally nuts or something else full of protein.
