If you're feeling that nervous, maybe you should slow your roll and think about this a little more in depth.  Having a revision may not help you achieve your goals if you don't change your lifestyle.  Many people here with far more experience have suggested ways for you to look at what you're eating and be honest.   Another surgery isn't necessarily going to change a thing.
