Trouble with being hungry/weight gain
You cannot out-exercise a bad diet. Eating is 90% of it. I can eat a ton but choose not to most of the time. Track your food, cut out the crappy carbs, and realize it is hard work but you are worth it.
You can lose it, but you have to choose to take action instead of making excuses. The choice is yours.
