advice please..
I am 3 months out. Do what your NUT says. I still drink one or two protein drinks a day plus meals for all my protein. I just had my 3 month visit with my NUT and she said I should add another snack. Do what your NUT said.

If so-what the **** would she know? DOnt listen to her bull **** She will keep you fat AND ILL.
And P.S. the fact that she got into a screaming match wiht you about it...and stormed off...kind of shows that she is mentally unbalanced. It is YOUR body, YOUR choices, YOUR responsibility. She isnt your mom. She isnt you nanny or nutritionist either.
Dont listen to her.

Just in case you like your roommate and she is well intentioned (in case...) you may want to point out to her a meal at this point usually consists of about an ounce or two of meat, cause that's all we can get in now (I'm also 3 weeks out), it may make it easier for her to understand why you still need your protein shakes...
Non WLS people have a different picture of what a meal is...
And if shes just a busybody ignore her
Ignore your roommate. She is not any sort of authority in your lift. Seriously. Just ignore her. "Thanks for the advice."
