leaking incision gets a good packing

Hi, I have been home for a week and my one incision started to hurt quite abit.  Day before my week check up my incision opened up and started to leak alot.  Ended up it was badly infected and they had to drain it and was packed.  Now on antibiotics and having to have the packing changed daily.  Ive been told it could take as long as four weeks for it to be packed till it heals.  Pretty upsetting but things could surely be worse.  Sorry to hear you had some problems as well.
