I just wanted to add you are in my thoughts and I send you a big ((((hug))))  Your bravery in telling us is wonderful for others going through this.  I know "Transfer addiction" is common, but I am no psychotherapist so have no advice other than you have taken the first baby step by admitting it!  You are AWESOME!
