Sore belly when i breathe

Mine was 26th. Yeah you need to stay ahead of the pain that first week. Today was the first day I've not needed a mid day dose of pain meds and I still feel pretty good. 

Very normal after abdominal surgery. It can help to hold a pillow over your belly when you take deep breaths or cough. The pillow also can help with turning side to side in bed or getting in and out of bed/chairs. Keep moving and hang in there!

Yes...I remember being sore for a couple of weeks, and occasionally sore for five weeks or so (like if I laid a certain way).
