Good morning crew! Thanks to Insert Fitness for starting the thread today. I agree, so important to keep tracking and posting.
QOTD: Seeing how others follow my example is very rewarding for me. I have become the go-to person at work for several ladies who want to know what my secret is ;). Imagine that.
B: Fairlife with coffee and Miralax, Banana Premier Protein
L: Dannon Peach greek yogurt, Citterno Genoa and provolone tray
D: ham and mistard, baby carrots
S: 1 oz beef jerky coins, diet cran pomegranate with water, protein pudding
Totals: 731 calories, 91 protein 32 carbs 24 fat

Good afternoon! I'm late posting had a late night an a busy morning, all good stuff. It was supposed to be cloudy and cold, but it's sunny and cool, very nice. I agree this thread is so important, thank you for getting us started today IF!!
QOTD - I used to have almost daily headaches, various ones including migraines 2 or 3 times a month. They are now gone! I did have a headache when I had a cold but that is different. Also, on our hike this morning BF asked me about my bad knee. He realized I hadn't complained about for a long time and it's true, it hasn't bothered me for months. I haven't had the pleasure of clothes shopping off the rack yet but I can't wait to not spend $45 on a shirt also!!!!

v/l - I'm finally back to loving water, it took a few weeks of trying but I doesn't bother me anymore!!!

Me either!! I was also wondering if cutting out all sugar and virtually all carbs helped too, couldn't hurt!

Good afternoon everyone!
Super late today. I went out to a local support group meeting this morning and I'm glad I finally did. I had been meaning to go for a few months now but just never made the effort. It's something I plan on continuing.
I had a phone interview yesterday which has resulted in an in person interview on Tuesday so after the meeting this morning I met my mom and sister to get our nails done. They are both leaving for vacations this coming week so there was lots to talk about.
B- coffee w/sf hazelnut
L- turkey slices with mustard
D- pork tenderloin and red peppers
S- protein pancakes w/sf syrup, bean crisps
Totals 622 cal, 96g protein, 21g carbs
