Where did you find the Greek Cream Cheese? I have looked everywhere around here!
Happy Friday-eve! Definitely make sure tthat you listen to your body when running. I will give advice I'm always given but rarely to enough is to stretch good before and after. I do try and use my foam roller often, it's a love/hate relationship.
QOTD: I loved The Babysitters Club series.
Menu is still up in the air. Still eating mild stuff since most things still don't sound appetizing. I will get plenty of water in today and my exercise will be going to my doc appt. Staying on pain meds and sleeping on/off so all is good!
