Loosing too much
Good morning! When my surgeon thought I needed to stop loosing he suggested adding additional good fats into my diet. I also had issues with dry skin and nails so the fat helps there too. A few of my go-to items are avocado, whole fat Siggi yogurt, and nuts. I hope you find something that works for you.
Sometimes losing too much may indicate serious health problem. If you are eating enough calories during the day and keep losing - make an appointment with your doc asap.
