Happy Saturday Menu Family!! Congratulations Insert Fitness on the weight! I agree with JB go get that scale or stand outside the door and drop a big book or something to wake them in laws up!
QOTD: This weekend is kind of busy today is my niece Jazzlyn's first birthday party is today which should be fun. Then we are going to come home and do some yard work and I am going to run to the various cemeteries and bring flowers for my mom and grandparents for Easter. Tonight hubby and I have a big date planned we are going to Wal-Mart and Home Depot and then going out for dinner aren't we wild people? Tomorrow we are just going out from brunch with the family. Easter celebrations have changed now that my daughter has grown up when she was younger I used to go all out with the egg hunt and but this year I just mailed her a box with an Easter bunny and a gift card to TJ Maxx. I did make up my nieces Easter baskets but there is no candy in them because the younger niece is allergic to peanuts so the only food that I put in was Puff's.
Food for the day:
B: Hard boiled egg white and coffee
L: Lunch at the birthday party my brother is cooking so I know it will be protein because it is getting to be BBQ completion season so he has been practicing a lot lately.
D: my husband wants to go to a pizza place so I know I will be either eating the tops of a pizza or the innards of a meatball or sausage sub.

Good morning guys!
Thanks to everyone for the congrats yesterday.
Applauding your self control Erin!! That scale is so close and yet... lol, hope you like the number you see when you have a chance to look! And congrats on the XL, it's a challenge to change that "omg it fits, it's mine!" mentality. Certainly not used to having so many options.
Spent a few hours with my BFF yesterday and I hadn't seen him since he got back from Cuba so with my employment and his trip we had a lot to talk about... we always have a lot to talk about. Lol. It was a good day.
My mom is stopping by soon and we'll be going out shopping for some work appropriate clothes for me, should be an interesting challenge. Always happy to spend some time with my mom though, especially with the year I've had, her support has meant the world....never too old to need your mom!
QOTD We had a family dinner on Thursday and my birthday is this coming week so we'll get together then too so no actual Easter dinner this year which is weird. My moms BF is less into family traditions than we are and I think my mom is appeasing him... not thrilled about that but I'll likely go spend some time with my sister anyway.
Not too sure of my menu today beyond... coffees, leftover ribs and out with mom over lunch...

I just how you feel IF. when I visit my parents They have a scale that doesn't work in the living room. I try it anyway lol, because their working scale is in there Bathroom, but I'd have to go through their room to get to it.
I've been on my run, and let me say every inch of me hurts thanks to the body works+abs class I did yesterday. It's was a 55 minutes light dumbbell class. My thighs, arms and back are so sore today. But I really liked this class and would do it again.
Qotd: today I will go to a running store to be professionally fit for sneakers. I look forward to their input. I also will stop by UltA to find some more nail polish strips-- I tried them last week and am in love. I need to review the kids spring break work- and season up the meats for tomorrow's dinner-- otherwise I'm just vegging out the rest of today. I may shop online for sandals- pulled out my last summer collection and realized I didn't buy any new and they are all pre WLS and way to big/old.
195.5 today, 23 months out. Yesterday was carb heavy- I had pizza (1.5 slices) and also made my Easter bun and tried it. My stomach was NOT happy with the combo. I feared overeating with the bun-- but no worry there. I'll slice and freeze it and eat it at leisure when I feel like dealing with a grumpy digestive system. The rest of the weekend wil have some unusual carbs for me- but I've planned for it and will adjust my menu accordingly.
M1: Greek yogurt, berries 1/2 blueberry muffin
m2: tuna packet, boiled egg, 1 oz cheese
m3: ? May skip
M4: spaghetti sauce with ricotta and mozzarella

QOTD: I'm moving! My mom's doing an Easter dinner and I'll be there too. She made pickled eggs for me! Tomorrow is my pre-move. I'm going to bring over my plants, litter boxes, dog and cat food, and a couple other things I don't want the movers to deal with and get a little food in my fridge so I'm ready to go on Monday for the movers.
Today I'm in the office working overtime because my home office is packed.
Plan:
Breakfast 1: coffee with premier protein
Breakfast 2: cottage cheese
Lunch: 1/2 leftover veggie burger, no bun
Snack: yogurt with protein powder and sugar free butterscotch pudding mix, pb2
Dinner: either leftover fake chicken crack or a new egg bite recipe I want to make. Depends how long it takes me to pick up the keys for my new place after work.

Good Morning all -
Quick post again today as I am at work. My scale finally moved if you can call it that...lol. I lost a whopping 0.2 pounds and it only took 4 days to do it ha-ha, but I guess its better than nothing again.
QOTD: My plans for Easter are to work , and sadly I don't even get holiday pay for it. I have to work all weekend and on Monday as well, but at least Monday will be overtime since I am covering someone else's shift. The rest of my family that live close will all be going to my dads for a kids Easter egg hunt and for lunch. I told them to take pictures for me.

I found it on Pintrest. The actual name if you want to search for it is Green Chili Cheese Puff.
I added 2 tablespoons of real bacon pieces to the dish. I did not find reduced fat pepper jack cheese.
The stats I got from the ingredients I used were:

Good morning all! Erin, I'm with JB- bust in and get that scale!!
After 10 days at 231, today I was 230!! YES!
Today we are talking the dogs to the park for a long walk then I'm off to my parents for the day. We are going to BBQ a mess of chicken. I'm living for leftovers lately, they make life so much easier, especially with DS living at home for now.
QOTD - My family spends Easter at my sisters house.She does a beautiful setting outside and is a wonderful host. We don't have any little people right now, the kids are all in their 20's.
