What's on your Sunday Menu RNYers?

I used this recipe and it is pretty close but still not perfect. You need a sous vide for this recipe but I suspect that you can just try taking the temp of the water and try to figure it out.
That food looks amazing!!! To bad you can't send it through the computer, I would certainly take a couple bites...lol.

I know what you mean about apples. I'm the same way about peaches. I would about kill for a fresh, juicy summer peach. I'd choose a good peach over a piece of cake any day!!!
we're headed out for coffee in a few - armed with the Sunday paper. I was going to go to meditation class after that, but I won't have time. Will probably make Emiepie's egg salad this afternooon, and finish up my homemade yogurt. Grilling out tonight (first time this summer!).
QOTD: very grateful for my surgery. Also for my DH (I'm not terribly close to my family, so he's my family!!). I'm also very grateful for my education, and for the fact that although we've never made high salaries (librarian and career counselor), we've never had financial troubles (that would be horrible!!!). We've been able to live comfortably (not luxuriously, but a comfortable lifestyle that we're happy with), with enough left over to save or have the occasional splurge (like a big trip).
2 years 3 months out today!!
B: TJ's whole milk coconut cream yogurt, fresh raspberries
S: coffee with half & half, SF vanilla pumpkin protein shake
L: not sure - maybe Caprese salad
D: ribs, corn on the cob, and peaches - all grilled (grilled peaches are fabulous!!!)
ex: I'd better get over to the gym today - missed yesterday!

Good Morning everyone! I was ridiculously hot here yesterday - 108 and while I know it was hotter other places, it doesn't usually get this hot here and we don't have AC (it so rarely gets hot enough, and never this hot!) so we were miserable. Rob actually BBQ'd in the heat, poor guy.
Today we are taking the dogs to the dog park, no walk and then I am going for a pedicure and to do a little shopping, I'd love to go to a movie, but there is nothing playing Rob cares for so, boo. We may go out to lunch, not sure. I am finally going to organize my mom's desk today. I've been saying it for weeks, but I think today is the day.
Accountability - Stayed on plan yesterday but was seriously eyeballing Robs cheese-itz and even licked the salt off of one.
QOTD - I'm grateful for everything, my family/fur babies, my life, my job - I'm very blessed in so many ways!
9 mo post op - 177 - yes!
b-coffee w/hc and gingerbread syrup! SB iced coffee w/half and half and splenda, eggs
l-not sure - we may go out - if not I will have leftover hot Italian sausage
D-BBQ chicken
v-l - on track
e - not today, unless you count moving/breathing in 100 degree heat/humidity w/out AC exercise, lol
