What's on your PHOTO FRIDAY Menu, RNYers?
Oh JB, your job...it's insane. I am so sorry.
My newest "product" I am obsessed with is actually deli meat. I have always included deli turkey meat in my menu since I was about a month post-op. Generally some version of turkey (honey turkey, usually). But a few months ago my mom was here and while I was at the deli getting my turkey, she asked for Boar's Head Ever Roast chicken, sliced so thinly it's almost shaved. I swear, I do not work for them, although I do feel like I hawk their product LOL! But it's SO flavorful and so moist and just tender and delicious and I am obsessed with it! If my Giant ever stops carrying it I literally don't know what I will do! I won't be able to go back to turkey! Partlypollyana (Jen) agrees with me!
Time since surgery: Sunday marks five years!
B: 3 tbsp of half and half and sugar-free syrup in my coffee, 4 oz Boars Head Ever Roast chicken and 1 oz goat cheese - it's sitting like a literal log in my stomach. Ugh.
L: 6 Aidells chicken meatballs
D: Tacos for the fam and I will have 3 oz ground turkey meat with taco seasoning, with 2 tbsp sour cream, hot sauce, and I logged 1/4 cup shredded cheese but I doubt that.
S: I logged two string cheese. I may never be able to go to the bathroom again with all this cheese ha ha!
