Happy Saturday! Today is going to be a great day. I am headed to the Farmers Market and then I am going to chalk paint a coffee table and end table. Hoping for a nice walk this evening too.

My son is working tonight, so it will just be my hubby and I. I am finding my new routine.

QOTD- I love my quiet mornings. I am usually up by 5 am. I sip on my coffee with the windows open and listen to the train and the birds. I do a lot of praying in the morning too.

Food for today-

2 c. black coffee

cold chicken cauli rice left over from last night

shredded chicken with salsa.

Not sure on dinner, we may go out, if we stay home grilled halibut with sauteed vegetables

Just 2 yogurt

Lots of water and vitamins always

Hope everyone is having a fabulous Saturday!

I have been up a pound for the past two days and it's really bothering me as I have been losing pretty steady the past couple of weeks. So I need to get this extra pound gone! The 4th really threw me off as there was just too much food that I did not need. And I ended up getting home really late and was not able to get my workout in. But this week is a new week and I'm determined to get back on track starting today.

B: premier protein shake

B part 2: coffee w/Splenda and a dash of the caramel flavored premier for flavor.

S: banana

L: maybe some tuna and raw veggies

D: either leftover steak and yellow squash or some baked tilapia.

Not feeling the best today...think I'm coming down with a cold or something....really bad sore throat, congested and headache. The weather here hasn't helped much either. Gonna be another dreary rainy day. Blah

Good afternoon everyone.

I have had a strange day. I received the photos that my father displayed. All of em were of my brother and his family. I was angry and hurt at first. Felt like I still was never good enough for him. My brother has not helped with ANYTHING to do with his estate. So I guess you could say a bit bitter too. I didn?t respond with eating my feelings. I cleaned out part of my closet. Washing clothes, new pj?s that were on clearance for a steal. I handled it pretty dang well. Now I kind of feel ?whatever?about it.

i?ve been told no less than 10 times in the past few days that I look exhausted. I need some naps lol

Sometimes family sucks. Glad you were able to stay busy while you worked through your thoughts and settled on letting it go. Hope today is better for you!
