2.5 years out.. Hair falling out AGAIN

It COULD be female pattern baldness too .

The extra estrogen put out by our excess fat cells to perpetuate themselves keeps most fat guys from balding . Post WLS with normal testosterone/ estrogen balance that hair very often falls out in normal male pattern baldness .

females also lose hair usually through thinning at the top . There are drugstore topical treatments to regrow hair ( rogaine , or a line of shampoo conditioner and leave in treatment you can buy at a beauty supply store ( begins with an N I think ) . Both are pretty expensive but rogaine slowed my post op fallout pretty thoroughly . After a few months the hair grew back thicker and curlier .
