Good morning, everybody!

I slept for close to 10 hours yesterday. A two hour nap in the afternoon and then 8 hours last night. The nap, I fell asleep sitting and kept semi-waking up in discomfort but was so tired that I couldn't get myself into a laying position before I fell back to sleep.

I'm nearing the end of volume 1 of the Story of Civilization. I will still have 10 more volumes to go. About 8,000 pages - so I should be good on reading material for awhile. Marilyn continues her scrapbooking. She ordered a new book, which i think will take her up to present. I don't think that she is planning a social distancing book.

QOTD: I watch mostly the winter games. I like all the crazies: ski jumpers, lugers, Bobsleds, downhill racers. In general, I don'****ch as much TV in the summer. I am not missing sports as much as I thought I would. Maybe its because of Tom Brady leaving the Patriots, but its really not bothering me.

Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese

Snack: Orange

Lunch: spaghetti squash and salad

sncak: Nuts

Dinner: TBD

Hey I'm new here and wanted to share ?

breakfast. 2 eggs over easy (with everything but the bagel seasoning) on seeded rye bread with scallion cream cheese + coffee with Splenda and half&half ..268

snack. 1/2 cup of grapes ..31

lunch. salad / spinach & arugula blend with cucumber, sliced almonds, 1/4 cup quinoa with sunflower oil, salt and pepper ..254

snack. 1/4 cup of seeds ..161

dinner. taco / mission tortilla (carb balance) + shredded chicken breast + fresh salsa ..155




Unfortunately I started having foamies (the reason i found this forum) about an hour after dinner. I think I might have not chewed my taco as well as I should have. Normally I would have a cheese stick and/or protein bar but I'm miserable right now ð??"

sorry about the foamies. I get them occasionally - I think it's usually when I eat too fast or don't chew enough..
