I will have to pay attention tonight; I think I pull them up to my shoulders but I think I wake up with my arms over the top.

Good morning everyone!

I have a nurse practitioner coming over for a very short visit this morning. It's through the clinic I see my psychiatrist through. Since she is based in the Dallas area and we teleconference when I go in and phone during the pandemic they are trying something new. Not really sure what it's all about but hey...doing what I need to lol

I woke up a few time and tears so it promises to be a long day!

qotd:hmmm....I'd have to say sleep stuff as well. I can't stay in bed past a certain time and I usually go to bed at the same time every night.

b: oatmeal and coffee

s: gf toast with plant based butter

l: stew with daiya cheese

s: 1 tbs peanut butter

d: protein(tbd) and some roasted Brussels sprouts and carrots

s: popcorn

my pics are of me...bot selfies so to speak and of course there is Opal being weird.

I think you also need to use a light box for the pictures. Just from what I have seen and read about online selling. There is a phone app that you can use to make your pictures better for sales. Fotofuze
