After surgery, I just cant see spending the money on a buffet type meal (unless it is free at a conference) since I can only consume a small amount. Just not worth the money.

Breakfast and lunch are included. For me, dinner could be something so simple, but we are in a big group and tend to stick to the something for everyone places - not my favorite. There is a little hole in the wall taco place down the street that always has a line out the door and I'm dying to go there. I may bail on the group and take a few rebels with me.

I do like that restaurants now include calories with the menu items, at least the chain restaurants do. It is shocking to see the calories in some of the food options. The taco place sounds like it may be pretty good. Let us know how it went if you tried it.

Good Morning Jen and Menuers,

Got so busy yesterday I only had time to lurk. I got to make this quick to because I have to make sure all my customers are aware I will be off tomorrow and who they should contact if they need something. Sounds simple but not as much as you think.

I woke up and was going to go out for a 3.1 miles of whatever I do in the mornings now. The weather was predicting rain at 6am so I had not desire to get wet. It was 67° it was beautiful and breezy but didn't want to chance it so I broke out the elliptical that lasted 5 minutes because it sits in front of my house plants that have been majorly neglected so I spent 45 minutes giving them care.

One week till we meet. Anyone excited? This Pina Colada is.

QOTD: I worked in a grocery store when I was 18 or so and I worked in the produce department. The holidays meant over night shifts stocking for the big crowds. Everyone who worked would go to this dive bar called Lakeside Tavern. It was on Canonsburg lake. They opened at 6 just for the Grocery night crew. We nicknamed it the Mistake on the Lake.

I found some RGF Bowls and tried 2 so far. The Lasagna one was doable but the Lemon chicken did not stack up. Maybe as a first meal after surgery allows you to eat because the Macros and the texture are great but not for me at this point in my life.

Accountability: 2 mouthfuls of maple whipped cream.

TSS: 4 years 9 months 11 days: 157.2 LBS, (Lowest 129.4)

B: Coffee with Coffee Mate SF Chocolate Caramel creamer

MS: Friendly Farms pumpkin pie Low fat Greek Yogurt, berries

CB: Coffee with Coffee Mate SF Chocolate Caramel creamer

L: : RGF Orange Chicken bowl, snack select

D: Either a burger or Jalapeno w/chicken wrapped in bacon.

Exercise: nope

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. sublingual B12 1x a week I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great day my friends.

Brightest Blessings.

Chrissy
