Morning all! Happy Veteran's Day. It's my Monday and I couldn't make myself get out of bed. I laid there for two hours reading the internet in bed. Sigh...time to get going!

QOTD: How's your holiday shopping going? Last year at this time I had everything purchased and wrapped and holiday cards written out. This year, I have very little done. I have Grim's big present and a few little things for my parents, but that's it. I hope everyone likes Christmas cookies...

Pics of cookies because I have no life:

I'm annoyed at how badly my Instacart driver did this week. She just replaced a ton of stuff that I didn't authorize, so I now have some weird egg and ham breakfast casserole thing, so I will have that for breakfast.

B: Egg and ham casserole; coffee

S: Peach Greek yogurt

L: Cauliflower rice, turkey kielbasa & pineapple

D: Shrimp Skewers

Good morning QJB and menuers,

Oh JB, who could actually eat such beautiful cookie art? I'm curious what occasion the round one is for.

QOTD-Done. And apparently I'm the gift for my family since they've asked me to come out for both Thanksgiving and Xmas.

Half office day today. I'll get as much done here as possible before heading in for the four hour meeting. And the veteran's day celebration! Thank you, veterans.

The weather is getting serious for fall, finally. No more 80 degree days in my forecast. Now I only see freezing nights and days in the 50's. Time to dig out a warmer coat. :)

Accountability-A few plantain chips and a handful of wonderful roasted giant fava beans. Traded them for my curry yesterday and came in fine on calories.

Exercise-will try for elliptical over walking for better cardio now that cramps are subsiding.

Menu

Deviled egg halves x3

Last of the keto chili

Garlic butter cajun mushrooms and spicy green beans

Red curried tofu

Something protein forward...yogurt?

Pics are of my stuffed fridge after giving up on getting kale chips in, and of deviled eggs. Happy Friday folks!

The circle cookie is supposed to be a latte (from above) to go with the pie!

Wow you are certainly organized. I used to do all of my meal prep for hours on Sunday... I wish I had the motivation to do that again. Maybe you will inspire me :)

Ahh! Missed the handle because I was special and reading in bed with one eye open. I would eat that latte. :)

And thanks. All the hundreds of containers are holdovers from 2017 and my hard-core prep days. Glad I kept them...and that there are a ton of small ones friendly to these portions. The grab and go makes it worth the time for sure! I'd say you're more organized with your cookie empire. :)

Those deviled eggs look good, maybe I should make some this weekend.

They're a good, handy snack! I'm crazy and had five kinds of mustard in my fridge, so got adventurous. :) good way to use up eggs close to expiration dates.

that is an organized fridge. I get frustrated with my family since I organize the fridge then next thing, I know everything is everywhere with no organization so the fridge looks full, but no one can find anything. At least my prepared foods stay in the same place.

I would love to have the 50-degree weather in exchange for the 20s we are having. Brr so cold.

That does sound frustrating! Glad your prepared foods don't migrate, though. Phew.

Your highs are in the 20s? Brr! Just dug my coat out today...you might need two.:)
