I cannot believe you are walking around on that leg. I am no doctor, but I will find it hard to believe it is only a sprain. I hope you get to healing soon. I know you can't just rest but are you at least icing it? Wow not good at all. Your Bois are beautiful, and I love the color of that Geranium. Gorgeous.

I got mom duty and now preparing Mothers day dinner. Other than that, I want to catch A man named Otto on Netflicks and maybe actually relax at some point. We will see how that goes.

QOTD: No Ron is too tall, and I would have to tuck it every time if we did. I read it as a time saving tip years ago and did away with it. However, it ****** me off you can't buy just a fitted sheet and you have to buy a set. I donate the tops to the Human Society.

Accountability: I found Strawberry shortcake cookies made with Almond flour at Aldi. 140 calories for 7. Not the worst. better than the blueberry Cheerios

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.
