You never steer me wrong.
I appreciate you reading the 4-6 books twice to make sure if they were worth anybody's time.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

Welcome back to the gainfully employed JB. Glad to hear things are going smooth. My first day on this job I went home and cried. I guess I just enjoy torture since I am still here 27 years later.

I finally got caught up after vacation. I had a wonderful time away, but the last 2 days have been manic trying to get caught up. Mom has another UTI, got our taxes done but didn't go as well as I had hoped, our pharmacy no longer takes our insurance, so it screwed up DH's meds and I had to get to 2 different pharmacies because they did not stock the dosage he needed and that was after 2 days without meds at all. Then I had to get thing in order here at work and my Work husband decided it would be a good idea to take the next 4 days off. So, I am double dutying it for a while. I am not even going to get into what my brother put on my plate. Why can't they all just leave me alone. Grrr I do love all of them.

QOTD: I am going back to the gym to do pound after 2 weeks off.

Accountability: I got these garlic peanuts from the Philippians, and I cannot quit.

TSS: 6 years 2-months 18-days 163.4 Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF coffee mate chocolate caramel creamer

MS: L&F banana cream Greek Yogurt, berries.

CB: Coffee with SF Coffee-mate chocolate caramel creamer

L: Inside out cabbage rolls. the cabbage is mixed with ground beef and onions and they are baked and topped with Mozzarella and snack select.

D: brisket and cauliflower

Exercise: dog walking and pound

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great day my friends.

Brightest Blessings,

Chrissy

Would that pharmacy take Good RX? Just because you have insurance doesn't mean you need to use to for prescriptions. I have insurance, but use Good RX for some of our prescriptions with no problems since they are cheaper.

I'm surprised the pharmacy didn't have little cards that explained it. My pharmacy does and I've used it for a good 6 years now.

Good morning.

yesterday I got a nice walk in and made mostly good food choices. I got served bread pudding for dessert and I stopped at one bite. The ladies I'm with don't really grasp my need to eat thing, so it's been a bit of a challenge since I forgot to pack up emergency food. But I am making do.

Today is more of the same but I will be home before dinner and will hit up the market so I can make something tummy friendly.

QoTD. Not sure so I think I will watch for an opportunity and do my best to embrace it.

Food is unplanned. Hope to be back to normal by tomorrow.

Peace Everybody.

Wow Thursday already. I swear the days and weeks are just disappearing.

JB I'm so happy for you that your new job is like a dream one. I would hold off on running you could end up doing more damage to your knee. The rowing might be better or faster walking.

My initial consultation for the medical weight loss was this past Monday and it went pretty well. We discussed different menu plans, exercise regiments, and medication. My blood work came back very good and I had an EKG done yesterday which was also good. I am waiting to hear from the doctor about staring on a combination of Phentermine and Topiramate. Apparently, that is what the program likes to start patients on who are not prediabetic or have had a hysterectomy. The combination helps to decrease hunger and stop head hunger the two things I'm currently struggling with.

QOTD: Hmm? Not sure if I will be trying anything new today, but I am going to be trying to grow Shallots this year along with the onions. Some years are hit or miss if the onions grow well. I'm going to see if I can grow them in these big wooden crates things I got from work. I might be better able to control the wetness/dryness of the soil with them growing in crates.

Accountability: Is getting better, but still wander off the path when I get really stressed about something.

B: Coffee with MCT oil and raw milk.

SB: Two eggs with a slice of ham (I'm feel like Grim made a ham Saturday and that's what I'm eating all week LOL)

L: Chopped salad with 1/2 cup of seafood salad

D: Not 100% sure, but might be pork chops.

Exercise: I have been doing at least 20 mins on the office treadmill and really need to work on doing more on my home treadmill

I hope everyone has a great day!!!

QOTD- I can't think of anything.

Today is my roommates birthday he is now 15. I think it sucks that he only has a birthday every 4 years.

I bought a new refrigerator from Costco, it will be delivered on Saturday and it has ice and water in the door. I was surprised that I finally found one that will fit and has the features that I want. Plus it was on sale and they will haul away the old one for free. Can't wait. I will not miss the groaning old man tiny refrigerator with no ice or water.

My Mom will have transportation starting 3/1. The local senior center is providing it and they have a wheelchair lift, it may cost a little more that the bus lift service but at least she'll have a way to get to her appointments.

I need to get back to work.

Have a great day everyone!
