What's on your Monday menu?

Happy Monday Gang. Burr it is very cold this morning. It was -1 at my house with the windchill and it isn't supposed to warm up much either. I'm only working 3 days this week and also next week then I'm off for the rest of the year. I can't believe this year is almost over. Irvin and I had a great time Friday night at the restaurant. The food is always amazing there and I had leftovers all weekend. I'm hoping to go to an event this Friday a few towns away it's a Yuletide celebration.

QOTD: Do you do anything on Christmas Eve? Year's ago we would go around to the kids houses and deliver a fruit basket to them, but since Covid we've just stayed home and watched Christmas movies.

I have some Christmas shopping to do after work so I'm not sure if we are going to get to the Y tonight.

i have a lot to do today. Clean my room, finish wrapping presents...and do some laundry. I hate prepping for a surgery. Since I won't be able to use my arm just a whole lot at first I'm trying to get things done so it won't all be on my mom.

yesterday was hectic. My brother and nieces birthday party was held here. We also made them dinner. Quite ungrateful parents...that's for f-in sure. Of course my SIL did absolutely nothing. We worked our ass off and are so sore and tired.

Still I don't have a clue as to what time my surgery is Wednesday. That irritates me. I don't get it but oh well.

QOTD: usually just making desserts for the big day. Try to relax a bit and getting things ready.
