poll: what are you training for?
Hello my Beloved.
I'm currently not training for anything. Last yr I started the Hal Higdon's 1/2 marathon for Novice as part of my 6mos supervised diet excercise. I am proud to say that in that time I completed 3 5k's, 1 6k(outback run on thxgvng),1 10ml(the pumpkin run on halloween), 1 15k(the RIVER RUN in JAX). That is the largest 15k in country but it's where i live. I am more proud to say that I completed all of these races at my current BMI and I had the will and determination to finish them all. I know marathon season is starting again but I just didn't get started, I was heart broken when the weight didnt come off like i had hoped. Now I should be getting a surgery date soon. After WLS i will start running again. My goal is to complete a marathon and a triathilon someday. I wish you luck on your upcoming races.Be Blessed,
