Secret Pals Responsibilities

Good Evening Secret Pals-The next batch of Secret Pals have been assigned.  Please let me know if you did not get the email.  I have had a few requests to just kind of go over the rules and common courtesy issues.  So, I will go over the rules first:  Gifts are to be mailed out no later than the 15th of each month so that your pal will get that gift by the end of the month; gifts are to be $10.00 before shipping..(you can spend more if you wish); Once the gift has been received by you....PLEASE go the Secret Pal Forum and let your pal know that you received the gift..No need to give a glowing report, just a quick, "thank you, I recv'd the gift" This is just common courtesy.  I remember growing up that when we recv'd gifts, we could not play with them or spend the money until that Thank you note was written.  This is something that my children HAVE to do, there is no discussion on this...you'd be amazed how many people will tell me that it is nice to get a hand written thank you note...Now, I know we can't do handwritten notes....So again, PLEASE go to the forum and leave a quick message for your pal....Your Pal will love it!!!!! If I have forgotten anything, please feel free to add to the post so the others can see it..... Lets all enjoy our new "friends"!!!!!! Hugs, Beth

Hi Beth, Just wondering if the pal who is supposed to send me something has left?  Haven't gotten anything in quite a awhile (nearly two months).  Was I assigned a new one?  Just thought I'd ask....... Karen

Karen, since I just took over the program last month, I don't know about your pal.  If you will PM the info that you have and I will try to contact them.  If I get no response, then I will assign a new pal to send to you...Does that sound okay to you?  If I need to get you a new pal, I will get your updated info then....
