I never realized how much I loved Old Navy til I too did the same thing. I am in a size 18 in their pants and could probably now wear a 16! I LOVE their shirts. My hubby's mom would be impressed. When I was bigger I would only wear blacks and browns. Now my closet looks like a rainbow! It is so funny. The only time I go to Lane Bryant is for bra's and panties now. I don't miss shopping their at all. I feel like a "normal" person now.

I have been hitting the gym really hard this week.  I am in SO much pain! My husband is my BOB! from the biggest loser! He is pushing me. I really want to lose 9lbs to hit a loss of 101! That would be ideal for me. Will let you know Tuesday how that works out. Hope everyone is well.

I needed some fall/winter clothes since all I bought was summer stuff when I was really loosing. It is amazing to see the small stuff hanging in my closet despite the fact that I still feel like I'm huge.

My scales haven't budged for a good couple of weeks and I know why. I've been experimenting a little too much with what I can eat and what I can't. Unfortunately the can eats are outweighing the can'ts. I need to ramp up the exercise and cut back the carbs. They have been stalling me badly. Too easily eaten and digested. My tool still works I have just been overdoing. Time to fix my head.

wow. that is such an inspiration. I just had my surgery on September 21 and that is what I want more than anything. people always ask me what my goal is. I truely dont know how much I want to weigh I just know that I want to be able to shop in a normal store. Cant wait for that. Congrats
