Hi All! It's been a busy work weekend here for me too. I have five days off coming up towards the end of the week so I will live with working the weekend. Not doing anything special while I am off, just wanted time off. Rest the brain so to speak. Need to get some of the non perishable stuff that I entered in the fair ready to go, so I'll probably use the time for that. Of course there's always house and yard stuff to do. It never ends.
Hope everything is going well for all of you. Hope to see some posters soon!

Deb, each month I get frustrated with my weight at the same time each month and each month I try to remind myself that a week prior to my period, EACH MONTH, I have a whooshie and the scales drop. So, if this happens each month, why do I stress about it each month! LOL! That was wordy!
We need to remember, ALL OF US, that if we are eating ok and doing some, just a little exercising and we are getting our fluids, we will lose.
We have to look at the big picture!

Hello everyone! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. I have worked all weekend, so not so much fun! Things are going pretty well. My mom has chemo this coming Tuesday and Wednesday I have an appointment with the doc for my 3 month check up. My husband comes home in about 3 weeks and we are thrilled about that. Now I just have to find a cute outfit! LOL. Hope to see some ppl post on here. It has been kinda quiet on the board lately.
