Stephanie, those few extra hours really allowed me to get my life in order. I fear that this week is going to be slow at work too so I may have a nother short day on Wednesday or Thursday.

My day went well. Met with my nutritionist today. Thought I was going to get a good toungue lashing but it went very well. I thought I had gained (based on my home scale) but in reality I had lost 1.5 pounds in the last month. She normally has bad things to say to people when they don't loose a bunch but she didn't, she just asked what happened and I did what was right, I blamed myself which was the truth! We had a great conversation about carbs and medication absorbtion. It was great to see this side of her.

IM HERE!!! FINALLY.
I have had some computer issues and all I could access was a few things from my phone. So let me first start off by saying I am terribly sorry to my SECRET PAL that I have been assigned. She is a wonderful gal who I cant wait to get to know better. She has had a rough way to go and I hate so badly that I couldnt be there to help support her more. So to Tabitha, I apologize. I hope you are feeling better and better with each passing day. I will email you privately right after this post.
And secondly, I have to apologize and say thank you bunches to Gina to whom I was assigned to. She is a wonderful secret pal to me and I now can see all the messages and notes of 'hello' that she has been sending me. I also got my package from her this weekend and let me tell you girls...it was the neverending box of goodies. The more I pulled out the more that appeared!! It was Christmas in July!!! Thank you so much Gina, you really hit the nail on the head with those goodies. I LOVED everything! I also will be sending you a personal email after this post.
I just wanted to do this publicly so everyone could see what wonderful girls these were and that I am so sorry for having left you both feeling neglected. I appreciate all that the Secret Pals Program has done. Rona is the best and makes sure we all are happy despite the amount of things she has going on in her own life.
