We just started Round 3 but you could still post here and then sub in if we need one! :-) The requirements of a Pal is to: Be in contact with your pal AT LEAST 3 times a week either via snail mail, e-card, e-mail or the board Send a gift of a value of $10.00 or more once each month Be active on the Secret Pals Board Be responsive to the person who has your name You are a giver (the person that you support and give to) and a receiver (the person *****ceives from someone different). Hi Denise -- you did just fine getting the ball rolling. Welcome aboard! I love the care and share posts. Sorry to hear that you are haviang problems. I'm sure that you and your docotrs are working hard to resolve them. Keep up the good work and good luck to you.

Today was pretty good. Got a few things accomplished at work despite feeling very run down. Realized about halfway through the day that I had not been to the bathroom at all! Good reminder to drink my water. Felt alot better after I drank.

Another round of whopping thunderstorms came through. It's been raining pretty good since about 3pm. The weatherman said that we got about 4" of rain, maybe more.
