So Thursday for me is just a continuation of Wednesday since I worked last night, however, I did come home and take a 2 hour nap (have I mentioned the awesomeness of my DH????).
It's me and the babies today - but David (my 13 yr old) is hanging around down here -- as long as I keep making him food he is helping alot. Arik just wants to keep eating strawberries and is running around using words since he just figured out how to talk (his favorite word - "keekee" - any baked good such as cookie or cupcake).
I'm still having an issue with esophageal spasms -- have a call into the Dr.'s office.... will wait another hour or two and then try calling back again.
That's it from here....

Yeah the one place called and asked if I had a doctor note (about 2PM I was scheduled for 11P that night). Told them no and said that they 1) never asked for one beforehand and 2) I wasn't sure how I let it slip I was having surgery but I was totally fine (this was Monday -- 1 week out). They then asked what kind of surgery I had and I said "a revision of a previous one" (hmmm... did I neglect to say major open abdominal surgery with re-arranging my already altered guts?? my bad....).
She said she would over look it for the moment (esp when I said my Dr wasn't in the office this week) and I guess I will have to see if my Dr. will write a note and backdate it. Doesn't matter -- I've already worked the shifts...can't "unwork"
