I've got to work the evning shift tomorrow. Kinda blows my weekend to hell, but it is a makeup from when I was out on medical. At least I have Sunday off, doing some wedding planning with my daughter then.
Gotta get into my garden too. The weeds are growing better than the plants. Too much to do and not enough time -ever.

Fully clothed and I may have had my shoes on too - can't remember. So that means .......... I am not jinxing this by saying it. I have an appointment with my dietician next Friday. I can wait til then for 'official' confirmation.

I am off to a Conference this afternoon so I will not be bac****il late Saturday!
I am really excited about this year --- last year I was 140 pounds heavier AND it was 102 degrees out. Can you even imagine carrying all that weight AND in the heat! There is so much walking! I am not sure how I even made it!
Scales are up TWO more pounds. Am I backed up? Is it salt? Who knows? Hopefully Sunday morning I will see 299!
