PUT THE SCALE AWAY.... BACK AWAY FROM IT AND NO ONE GETS HURT!!!!!
Geez Renee... you are gonna make me pout ..... What I did originally was weigh every day but the only day it "counted" was my official weigh in day (I think it was Fri if I remember correctly since my surgery was on a Thurs...). By doing that you can get peeved at the numbers during the week but it wouldn't count unless it was the weigh in day.
Also, as you know, weight fluctuates during the month....
Do I need to continue?
BTW... now a musical challenge for you (actually this is wayyy easy... if you know Bway musicals we can challenge each other with less known stuff.....):

Have a great Day!!! Will be back when I do my overnight tonight (after running the homecare kid home and going 90 minutes the other direction for the baby visit., and powersleeping).

Good Morning!
It's Wednesday the 3rd and guess what this means???? My parents are coming home from their cruise. They have been gone for 2 long weeks! I miss my mamma! :-)
Scales are up yet again today but I will just keep plugging along. :-)
Was up at 5:45 and I am darn tired. Time to shower but would rather crawl into a nice warm snuggie bad!

To be a pal, you must be eager and willing to offer support to your pal at least 2-3 times a week via email, PM, snail mail or e-card. You need to send a gift of at least $10 by the 15th of each month,. Each pal is for 3 months at a time.
Please do not sign up if you cannot do what is expected of you. If this is something you want to do, please add me as a friend so I can add you to my contact list to send you a questionnaire when the time comes.
