I love reading it too.
I got home from my trip late this afternoon and promptly took to bed. Just got up a little while ago. I was away for five days, ate at restaurants for three of them and spent those three days really sick. I thought I was eating right but I guess the pain told me otherwise. I can't figure out what was wrong tho.
I didn't get to meet Renee after all today. I just was not feeling up to it. I am hoping that we can plan it for another time. I live about two hours away and love day trips!

I worked Friday night so yesterday was sort of a blur as I went thru the day in a haze. Today we were supposed to have the AC guy come and finish the repair on our AC -- no one showed up

I'm wondering how you're doing. Please PM me or email me and give me an update on everything. It was so nice making new friends at the San Ramon event last year. We've just been to Seattle for our pre-event visits, and made lots of new friends there too! We appreciate all of you that we get to meet in our travels. It enriches our lives.

Feeling better today tho I am certainly not pushing it. Sticking to water and stuff I brought with me. I've only had a hard boiled egg, a protein shake and water today. It is staying down but I just don't feel right. Laying low and resting. Did manage to get in a two mile hike at the Audubon Center in Jamestown, NY. Very nice place. They even have a bald eagle that can't be released.
