Looking for a support group in the Jamestown, NY area

Hi, I am 12 weeks post op and am very interested in going to a support group. I would love to share my experiences and learn from other's. I have heard that there are groups in my area, but I have NO idea how to find them ....if anyone has info I would be so greatful if you would share with me! Thanks, Brenda C
